Event Ticket Sales, Registrations & Donations

By purchasing a ticket, registering for an event, or making a donation to NWI Marines Inc., you agree to the following terms and conditions.

Ticket Sales & Refund Policy

All ticket sales are final and non-refundable except when an event is cancelled by NWI Marines Inc. and is not rescheduled.

As a nonprofit organization, NWI Marines Inc. commits funds and incurs expenses in advance based upon ticket sales, attendance commitments, venue requirements, and other event-related costs. For this reason, we are generally unable to provide refunds when a purchaser is unable to attend an event.

If you are unable to attend, you may transfer your ticket to another person, subject to any event-specific restrictions. Please contact NWI Marines Inc. if assistance with a ticket transfer is necessary.

Event Cancellation

If NWI Marines Inc. cancels an event and the event is not rescheduled, ticket purchasers will receive a refund of the refundable ticket amount paid.

Payment-processing fees, platform fees, transaction fees, or other charges retained by third-party service providers are not received by NWI Marines Inc. and may be non-refundable. Any refund issued by NWI Marines Inc. will therefore be limited to amounts available for refund to NWI Marines Inc. through the applicable payment or ticketing provider.

Rescheduled Events

If an event is postponed or rescheduled, purchased tickets will remain valid for the new event date.

A change in date or time does not automatically entitle the purchaser to a refund.

Event Changes

NWI Marines Inc. reserves the right to make reasonable changes to an event when necessary. This may include changes to the event schedule, program, venue, speakers, guests, entertainment, menu, activities, or other event details.

The appearance of a particular guest, speaker, performer, or other participant is not guaranteed unless specifically stated otherwise.

Such changes do not constitute cancellation of the event and do not create an entitlement to a refund.

Charitable Contributions & Ticket Purchases

NWI Marines Inc. is a nonprofit organization; however, the purchase of an event ticket should not automatically be considered a charitable contribution for federal income tax purposes.

Event tickets may include admission, meals, entertainment, or other goods and services provided to the purchaser.

If any portion of a particular ticket purchase qualifies as a charitable contribution, NWI Marines Inc. will identify the applicable amount when appropriate. Purchasers should consult their own tax adviser regarding the deductibility of any payment.

Donations made separately from the purchase of event tickets may be treated differently for tax purposes.

Donations

Voluntary donations made to NWI Marines Inc. are non-refundable.

If a donation was made in error, including an incorrect amount or duplicate transaction, please contact NWI Marines Inc. within 48 hours of the transaction. Requests will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis, and a refund is not guaranteed. A change of mind, change in personal circumstances, or donor’s remorse does not constitute an error.

Admission & Conduct

NWI Marines Inc. reserves the right to refuse admission or remove an individual from an event when reasonably necessary to protect the safety, security, operation, or appropriate atmosphere of the event.

Individuals engaging in disruptive, threatening, unsafe, unlawful, or seriously inappropriate conduct may be removed without refund.

Photography & Recording

Photography, video recording, and other media may be captured during NWI Marines Inc. events.

By attending an event, attendees acknowledge that they may appear incidentally in photographs, video, or other recordings used by NWI Marines Inc. for legitimate organizational, historical, informational, fundraising, or promotional purposes.

Changes to These Terms

NWI Marines Inc. may update these Terms & Conditions periodically.

Unless required by law or otherwise specifically stated, ticket purchases will be governed by the Terms & Conditions in effect at the time the purchase was made.
