It is with great enthusiasm that we invite you to support the 251st Marine Corps Birthday Ball, to be held Sunday, November 8, 2026, at Hard Rock Casino Northern Indiana.

The Marine Corps Birthday Ball is a time-honored celebration of the history, traditions, and legacy of the United States Marine Corps. Here in Northwest Indiana, it has also become an opportunity to bring together Marines, veterans, families, businesses, and members of our community in support of those who have served.

Beginning with the 251st Birthday Ball, the event has a permanent nonprofit home with NWI Marines Inc., a 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization formed to build upon the success of the Ball and expand its charitable impact throughout Northwest Indiana. NWI Marines Inc. works alongside and supports the Marine Corps League Indiana 1st District Detachments that helped make this event possible.

More Than a Celebration

While the Birthday Ball honors more than two and a half centuries of Marine Corps history and tradition, its impact extends well beyond one evening.

Funds raised through sponsorships, donations, ticket sales, and fundraising activities help make the Marine Corps Birthday Ball possible by offsetting the costs of hosting this important annual tradition. Proceeds from the Ball also enable NWI Marines Inc. to further its mission of supporting Marines, veterans, military families, and Northwest Indiana communities through charitable assistance, outreach, fellowship, and service.

Our goal is simple: celebrate the traditions that bring us together while using the strength of that community to make a meaningful difference here at home.

Sponsorship Opportunities

Sponsorships play an important role in making the 251st Marine Corps Birthday Ball possible. Sponsor support helps NWI Marines Inc. offset the costs associated with hosting the event, allowing proceeds from the Ball to further the organization’s charitable mission throughout Northwest Indiana.

Sponsorship Levels

Semper Fi Sponsor — $250

Honor Sponsor — $500

Valor Sponsor — $750

Patriot Sponsor — $1,000

All sponsors will receive recognition for their support of the 251st Marine Corps Birthday Ball. Recognition may include acknowledgment at the event, on the NWI Marines Inc. website, in event materials, and through other Ball communications.

In-Kind Donations

In addition to financial sponsorships, we welcome donations of products, services, gift certificates, gift cards, merchandise, and gift baskets.

These contributions may be used as prizes, raffle items, or otherwise in support of the Birthday Ball and its fundraising activities. In-kind contributions provide another valuable way for local businesses and organizations to participate while helping us maximize the impact of the event.
